Are these original products and what is the minimum shelf life?
Our quality assurance ensures that they are original products and that our products have a sufficient minimum shelf life of at least 6 months. However, the average shelf life is 12 months.

Why can we offer our customers the products at such low prices?
Our aim is to be able to offer our products at a very good price-performance ratio. To this end, we buy in large quantities directly from the manufacturer as well as from licensed wholesalers and also take advantage of re-imports and parallel imports from other European countries. In addition, as a pure online retailer, we do without catalogues, telephone advice/sales and a sales force. We are happy to pass on the savings achieved directly to our customers as a price advantage.

Do you as a retailer, pharmacy, etc. get different conditions?
No, because all our customers get the same prices. However, if you would like to purchase a higher quantity than in the webshop, please use the contact form so that we can make you an individual offer.

Is it also possible to order by fax or telephone?
In order to ensure an efficient and fast ordering process, we only offer online orders via our webshop.

Do we have catalogues and do we offer consultations?
Unfortunately, as a pure online distributor, we cannot offer either.
